I can admit it-I used to be bitchy.

Maybe I didn’t seem that way on the outside, but on the inside I was angry, critical and made my life (and my poor husband’s) miserable. It’s no surprise to me (now) that I was also tired, overweight, had migraines, PMS and super-painful menstrual cramps where I could not get out of bed for 24 hours.

Enter Landmark Forum and the first time I really started listening to the way my mind worked and interpreted the world. I began to see that I had a choice in the way I thought.

And my world did change.  I had more energy, less pain and better health from just changing the way I thought. I’d like to say my husband also became less annoying, but the truth was that I changed the way I reacted to him.

I had some drama this weekend that really challenged me. It was the perfect set up for bitchyness, fatigue and migraines BUT I didn’t let it happen.
